Modus Hotels Best Rate Promise

With so many travel sites to search it is difficult to feel confident that you got the best rate. At Modus Hotels, our promise is to provide an easy booking experience which is why our best rate promise is our commitment to our customers at modushotels.com or on any of our individual property websites. If you find a lower rate on any site, once your reservation is confirmed within 24 hours, you may contact us by submitting a claim below and we will happily honor the lower rate.

For a claim to be valid under this Best Rate Guarantee, it must satisfy all of the terms and conditions herein (the “Terms and Conditions”) and be submitted in compliance with the claims processing procedures set forth below.

The guarantee does not apply to the following rate types:

1. Any site which requires a login or password profile to book travel or on independent traveler sites (FIT)
2. Rates negotiated by individual companies and not publicly available, such as negotiated or group rates.
3. Rates available on auction websites.
4. Discounts rates offered only to members of groups or individuals who meet specific criteria, such as AAA members, senior or government employees.
5. Package rates that include room and other components such as travel, car rental, entertainment or F&B.
6. Rates negotiated for extended stay guests stay longer than 30 days.
7. Rates available on websites such as Priceline or Hotwire, that do not disclose the hotel brand until the reservation is completed.
8. To be eligible for the guaranteed rate, it must be for the same hotel, room type and reservation dates. The same cancellation and advance purchase policy, and other terms must also apply.
9. The reservation must be booked at the same time.
10. Modus Hotels will verify the comparison rate within 24 hours of receiving your claim and notify you of the result. Claims must be received before check-in, you must submit a claim 24 hours in advance of arrival date.
11. If a claim is for multiple nights, the rates will be compared for each night separately.
12. Claim will not be honored when a third party coupon or gift certificate is used in conjunction with a rate from a third party provider.
13. Rate comparison will be made net of any taxes or gratuities but will also include any additional guest room charges such as additional person charges that are added in as fees during the booking process.
14. Modus Hotels reserves the right to modify or cancel the guarantee at any time without prior notice.
